Michael Terpening, former owner of Earth Services, was found guilty of 8 sex crimestoday in Barry County Circuit Court. He was charged with 12 counts in Aug. 2011 after boys living in The House Next Door, a residential treatment facility, made accusations that Terpening had been sexually inappropriate with them.
