Proposal gives local judges more control


Last-minute legislation co-authored by House Speaker Bill O'Brien has court officials predicting that, if passed, the state's district, probate and family courts will revert to costly, inconsistent "fiefdoms."


Note: Let's hope that the change mean's ALL NH Court's have to abide by the same rules. No more railroading parent's in Family Court! No more waiver of rules! No more treating parent's and families worse than accused/convicted criminal's! Open Court's, Jury trials and NO MORE HEARSAY without proof of guilt!
