EDITED-NH HB 415 will be voted on today 1/11/12-Please contact the NH Legislature and Tell them to VOTE NAY

Today, January 11, 2012, HB415 will be voted on by the New Hampshire Legislature. This bill forces NH/DCYF to open all of their records to parents.

Sorry for the Confusion
Please call or e-mail the NH State Representatives about this Bill: click on this link

It is imperative to the families of NH that this Bill NOT pass both the House and the Senate. Against the objection's of NH DCYF Maggie Bishop, ALL parent's should be allowed their record's. ALL records. Once law, DCYF will no longer be able to hide record's which belong to the parent's. As it stand's right now, DCYF can just pick and choose what record's are given to parent's. This fraud must end. This is a step in the right direction toward ending the corruption within DCYF.

Please contact the NH State Reps. today and tell them to vote Nay on HB 415!

The motion on the floor is inexpedient-to-legislate (ITL); a yes vote kills the bill. Nay on ITL and Yea on the motion ought-to-pass (OTP).

THE FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION REGULATES DFPS INVESTIGATIONS

4TH AMMENDMENT VIOLATION—ILLEGAL SEARCH AND SEIZURE I was in the process of adopting my Granddaughter when the CPs adoption worker went to the hospital on an emergency. While she was in the hospital, another CPs worker came to m child’s private Christian school and removed the child, as an ‘unwanted orphan’. Her reason for the removal was that CPs was afraid I would not take child to follow up dentist appointment. (this information is in public depositions)This stuck in court, and Judge in 211th court Denton County Texas gave child away to foster/adoptive home! All documents in my defense were not allowed in court, hearing was based on heresy of CPS/CASA volunteers Ashton Moore, and Martha Hansen. My baby is gone for good. I am not even allowed to know who adopted them! I have never been in trouble with the law, and this happened!

  2. They did the same thing to me. DCYF and four Police officers came into my home, claiming to have a court order and warrant to take my grandchildren. They refused to show either one, because there was none. They took them from my home after the Judge agreed to leave them with us, because the DCYF Lawyer objected to leaving them in my home, so she went Judge shopping to make sure she got her own way.My husband and I have no criminal or driving record. DCYF doesn't care. All they care about is their almighty federal incentive money for every child they steal. My grandchildren have been illegally adopted due to DCYF and the court's not contacting their father's. Judge Patten of the Hillsborough County Probate Court terminated two fictitious mens rights, well aware they were not the father's. He also granted the illegal adoption of my granddaughter while an appeal was pending. So I guess NH DCYF and the Family court's are just as corrupt as Texas. Maybe even worse!
