Comment:More DHHS cover-ups! Children without disabilities placed in NH hospitals by DHHS and drugged for violent behavior, disabled children removed from parent's for trying to get their children help, other children taken and put on so many drugs their kidney's fail. And then we have the Eric L. case in NH. Another of DHHS/DCYF failures, not to mention NH DCYF's failed Assessment of 2010: http://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dcyf/documents/childfamilyservicesreport112010.pdf. showing non-compliance for almost twenty years.
Why do they still get funding?
