Lawsuit over care of Oklahoma foster children will retain its class-action status | The Republic:

TULSA, Okla. — A federal judge will allow a lawsuit against the Oklahoma Department of Human Services over the treatment of foster children in its care to retain class-action status.
U.S. District Judge Gregory Frizzell on Tuesday rejected a motion by the state agency to appeal a decision to certify the lawsuit as a class action.
