Note:How about the biggest reason of all? Children are being taken every day illegally from innocent parent’s, railroaded by a rogue government agency who thinks nothing about the best interests of a child. All they think of is how much federal incentive money is brought in for every child they steal. There is NO incentive to keep families together. Title IV funding is the ruination of families. Stop paying CPS and the court’s to steal children. Incentive money should only be paid for families kept together, not for the family’s destruction!
