Parents separated from children for years want them back - Thomaston - Foothills Media Group
THOMASTON — After six years, two parents are still struggling to gain custody of their children.
Joe Watley and Karin Hasemann haven’t seen their children since September 2008, they said. Watley said since their birth, the parents’ visiting hours with the children were restricted to two days a week for two hours. Today, Watley said the children are five and six years old.
How can a parent be charged with Neglect, when they never got to take their child home from the hospital?
How can a parent prove to the court that they are a Custodial Parent, again, when they never got to take the child home from the hospital?
And how can CPS/DCYF charge the parent/parent's with "Neglect in the Future"?
Amongst everything else DCYF/CPS believe they are expert's in, are they NOW Psychic's also?
