Children and Youth taking fewer children from homes - News - Republican Herald
Schuylkill County Children and Youth Services submitted its second-quarter report during the county commissioner's work session Wednesday.
The report summarizes Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2010.
If this information is accurate, maybe Pennsylvania CPS should come to New Hampshire to train CPS, because NH CPS has no clue on what it mean's to "Preserve Families".
