Take A Look-Fred's Story

Perhaps you are acquainted with a little boy who lives in your neighbourhood, goes to your school or attends church with Jodi and Gary Checkeye.

His name is Fred; Taylor Frederick Dungan, to be exact, and in case you haven't realised it, Jodi and Gary Checkeye are not his biological parents.

However, there exists some very unfortunate and serious information that you need to be made aware of, and as you read this letter, we hope you will come to realise that Jodi Checkeye is a malicious, arrogant, emotional bully and spiteful child-stealer who has received significant amounts of money from Johnson County DCS and the state of Indiana to keep this boy from his loving mother for no legally valid or legitimate reason, at the expense of Fred's well being!!!

For Beginners, you should be aware of the fact that:

* Jodi Checkeye has brainwashed this boy into believing that his mother no longer loves him or wants him in her life. However, removing a LOVING parent from a child's life is EVIL, there is NO excuse for it; and NOTHING could be further from the truth!!! This type of parental alienation is a real form of child abuse!!!

* Forcibly separating children from their parents ALWAYS Results in the children suffering very serious emotional problems, even when there is no abuse or neglect on the part of the parent; the child is THE REAL VICTIM!!! It is reported that Fred suffers from Bi Polar disorder, therefore these actions are exacerbating his condition;

* Jodi Checkeye shows absolutely no compassion whatsoever towards the biological mother of Fred, even though there was no case against her. She has even had the unmitigated gall to serve Fred's mother with Restraining Orders, 3 DAYS BEFORE X-MAS, because she was merely trying to contact her son, whose birthday is a few short days before X-Mas!!!!

* Taking out Restraining Orders against Fred's mother constitutes Interference With Custody and violates significant portions of Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. These are crimes, but the Johnson County Prosecutor's office can not be bothered in bringing actual criminal charges against her.

It seems that they would rather maliciously prosecute Fred's mother for non-existent crimes than do their jobs, because she is being aided and abetted by Johnson County DCS and other "Official" individuals mentioned in this letter;

* Information obtained from reliable internet resources indicate that she has been paid upwards of $95.00 A DAY since approximately 2006 due to the fact that Fred was beginning to exhibit serious emotional issues as a direct result of Jodi Checkeye's adamant refusal to allow Fred to have a relationship with his mother, while she deliberately and intentionally hindered and interfered with reunification and visitation.

THESE ACTIONS ARE ACTUAL, PROSECUTABLE CRIMES, not to mention that they are out and out unconscionable, outrageous and unreasonable!!!

* Jodi Checkeye is living high on the hog by stealing somebody else's child, then getting bonuses and tax credits from the state!!!

She has a new car, a giant flat-screen tv, Wii; Wi-Fi and other computer equipment, all that has been paid for by taking this boy from his mother, instead of Johnson County DCS ever doing ANYTHING, WHATSOEVER To assist his mother with issues of being a low-income, single parent;

This is deplorable!!

* Jodi Checkeye is INDIFFERENT To the consequences HER ACTIONS toward Fred's mother are having on Fred, because she is receiving all of that money from the state of Indiana!! After all, Fred can just be put on drugs to shut him up and make him forget all about his mother. Never mind the fact that it has permanently damaged him for the rest of his life, Jodi Checkeye gets all that money!!!

This type of Parental alienation in Turn Stunts The Child’s Healthy Development, emotionally, mentally and intellectually; children who are suffering as a result of their parents cruel indifference, whose often bitter rivalry is carried out at the expense of the child's development.

When a child is alienated from a parent, it is not just a mere separation between two people, it is the creation of a life-long hiatus affecting the child for the rest of his or her life.

A child's emotional growth demands that these basic needs be met. ..

The uprooting of these rudiments needed to cultivate their development will greatly determine the intellectual and emotional stability of their lives. The formation of their character means everything in order to become a productive citizen of our society.

For any child to experience the absence of their parents love for them, as well as being denied the presence of other family members, such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters to teach and share the heritage of their family, this literally uproots the child's sense of identity and greatly hinders their self-esteem.

By parents carrying out this act of cruel indifference to the child’s basic needs they are effectively destroying the child's emotional foundation, which in turn can lead to the child taking up crime as a retribution against society due to having suffered this abuse."

* It is estimated by numerous individuals that it was very likely Jodi Checkeye was in serious debt up to her eyeballs, and once she learned that she could recieve Serious Bucks from DCS and the State of Indiana in keeping this boy, nobody was going to take that money away from her, No Matter What!!! ---EVEN if it means throwing Fred's mother in PRISON for decades, simply to get her out of the way of her significant financial stipends for taking this boy from his mother;

Numerous individuals have come to the conclusion that:

It is way past time for people to understand that this is all about the money and NOT about the well-being of Fred!!! DESPITE what is being said to the contrary!!!

Johnson CountyDCS agents Erin Henderson, Gayle Green, Laura Gentry, Teddi Adams, Sherri Bencze and CASA/Gal Tammi Fearin-Hickman and others, whose job it is to PREVENT Child abuse have turned a blind eye to the suffering of the child;

THEY Were fully aware that he had to be admitted to Psych Wards on an emergency basis on more than one occasion, and did nothing about it, just so Jodi Checkeye could continue to retain custody of Fred, while receiving significant amounts of money from the state of Indiana, all of this AT TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE!!! (is THIS What you pay taxes for???)

* In fact, many people have also come to the conclusion that Jodi Checkeye wouldn't be putting Fred through all of this emotional hell if she really did care about his well-being!!! She is obviously motivated by arrogance and greed and other sources of funding for being a foster parent to a child who has never been abused or neglected by his loving mother!!!

* Jodi Checkeye is actually enough of a FOOL to go along with and believe DCS's lies that Fred's mother is actually directly responsible and/or the cause of her son's emotional issues and mental illnesses when all evidence points to the contrary, because ALL OF HIS Emotional issues BEGAN AFTER He was forcibly taken from his mother and PREVENTED From having any relationship with her DESPITE the fact DCS never had any case against Fred's mother, she has NEVER Abused or neglected her son and has never been found unfit or incapable of caring for or providing for him.

This type of Parental Alienation is inexcusable and is a real form of child abuse!!!

* No person who has an OUNCE OF COMPASSION would EVER Seek to so heinously and vindictively shut a LOVING Parent out of the life of a child PERMANENTLY if they really cared about the well-being of the child, especially in light of the aforementioned Parental Alienation;

By Jodi Checkeye not even so much as allowing Fred's mother to see her child with any kind of visitation is simply an unconscionable act of Parental Alienation, with Fred being THE REAL VICTIM Of her unconscionable acts!!

* Any time Fred's mother tries to make it known to her son that she is still around and that she still loves him, Jodi Checkeye runs screaming and crying to "Judge" Mark Loyd who is also involved in this child abuse. Fred's mother has EVERY RIGHT To be a part of her son's life!!! Out of Control judges such as this need to be held accountable for their actions.

Indiana law states that the ONLY Grounds for granting no-contact orders between parents and children is when there is sufficient evidence to prove that the parent is A DANGER to their children and that parent has engaged in SERIOUS Child-abusing actions!!! Any and all "No Contact" orders issued by this pathetic excuse for a "Judge" contain NO stated reason for their issuance, what so ever!!! They are just being issued because Jodi Checkeye wants them issued, PERIOD!!!

* "Judge" Loyd is all too happy to grant her every demand for no-contact orders against Fred's mother, making this man a child-abuser, and engaging in seriously severe acts of Judicial Misconduct, while ignoring Indiana law, and the Judicial Canons that he is required to follow when conducting court hearings;

* It would seem obvious that some kind of deal with "Judge" Mark Loyd has been set up, because Jodi Checkeye's daddy is Warren Beville and all of these politically connected individuals are acquainted with one another, even though they will adamantly deny it!!

* THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NOTHING, WHATSOEVER to do with "The Best interest of the child" !!!!!

* In fact, Jodi Checkeye is all too happy to tell every single person she encounters what a horrible monster of a mother Fred's mother supposedly is, according to her; she rants on and on about supposed wrong doings on the part of his mother that have never been taken to or heard in any Court!!

That is nothing more than malicious and vindictive Victimization and slander of an innocent mother, in order to fuel Jodi Checkeye's ego trip!!!

* Jodi Checkeye also poses as some "Hero" who "Rescued" this boy from his Loving Mother, whose life was in a tangled mess, for a minute, and the situation could easily have been resolved if SERVICES TO ASSIST Fred's mother had been provided, but Jodi Checkye, along with DCS and their agents ensured that Fred's Mother Did NOT Receive services, so as to NEVER SEE her only son again, because Jodi Checkeye is taking him, too bad, so sad!!

Fred's mother COULD FALL OVER DEAD and Jodi Checkeye would likely leap for joy!!

* Jodi Checkeye has been assisted by CASA/Gal Tammi Fearin Hickman to have the parental rights of Fred's mother illegally and fraudulently terminated, simply so he could be made available for her to begin adoption proceedings, IN SPITE OF THE FACT That the legal criteria for terminating parental rights was not met under Indiana law!!! Together, they instructed Service provider to withhold services and terminated Family therapy when Fred and his mother began re-bonding with each other!!!

As long as Jodi Checkekye was making money keeping Fred away from his mother she did everything she possibly could to make sure he was never rightfully reunited with his mother and instructed service providers to treat Fred's mother like a criminal!!!

Comments from Senator Nancy Schaefer (Deceased) are right on target when she stated in her document "The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services" that;

Poor parents are very often targeted to lose their children because they lack the (financial) where with all to hire lawyers and fight the system;

Throughout this case and through the process of dealing with multiple other mismanaged cases of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), I have worked with other desperate parents across the state of Georgia and in many other States because their children were taken for no cause and they have no one with whom to turn. I have witnessed ruthless behavior from many caseworkers, social workers, investigators, lawyers, judges, therapists, and others such as those who "pick up" the children. I have been stunned by what I have seen and heard from victims all across this land.

· that all parents are capable of making mistakes and that making a mistake does not mean your children are to be removed from the home. Even if the home is not perfect, it is home; and that’s where a child is the safest and where he or she wants to be, with family;

* Parents are victimized by "the system" that makes a profit for holding children longer and "bonuses" for not returning children to their parents; This would certainly apply to this situation, as well!!!

· that caseworkers and social workers are very often guilty of fraud. They withhold and destroy evidence. They fabricate evidence and they seek to terminate parental rights unnecessarily. However, when charges are made against Child Protective Services, the charges are ignored; (Tampering with evidence is a crime);

· that the separation of families and the "snatching of children" is growing as a business because local governments have grown accustomed to having these taxpayer dollars to balance their ever-expanding budgets;

· that Child Protective Services and Juvenile Court can always hide behind a confidentiality clause in order to protect their decisions and keep the funds flowing.

The funding continues as long as the child is out of the home. There is funding for foster care, then, when a child is placed with a new family, then "adoption bonus funds" are available.

AND THAT IS MOST CERTAINLY TRUE IN THIS CASE, AS WELL!!!

· that there are no financial resources and no real drive to unite a family and help keep them together or provide effective care; Fred's Mother was NOT Provided any services WHAT SO EVER To assist her with the housing, employment and emotional issues they complained of, despite there being policies in place that require them to do so!!!

· that the incentive for social workers to return children to their parents quickly after taking them has disappeared and who in protective services will step up to the plate and say, "This must end!"

NO ONE, because they are all in the system together and a system with no leader and no clear policies will always fail the children. This system has most certainly failed Fred and his mother!!!

· that the Foster Parents Bill of Rights does not stress that a foster parent is there

temporarily to care for a child until the child can be returned home. Many foster

parents today use the Foster Parent Bill of Rights as a means to hire a lawyer and seek

to adopt the child placed in their care from the real parents, who are desperately trying

to get their child home and out of the system. THIS is exactly what Jodi Checkeye has done!!!!

FINAL REMARKS

On my desk are scores of cases of exhausted families and terrified children. It has been

beyond me to turn my back on these suffering, crying, and beaten down individuals.

We are mistreating the most innocent. Child Protective Services have become an adult

centered business to the detriment of children.

No longer is judgment based on what the child needs or who the child wants to be or with whom, or what is really best for the whole family; it is some adult or bureaucrat who makes the decisions, based often on just hearsay, without ever consulting a family member, or just what is convenient, profitable, or less troublesome for the social workers. (including Jodi Checkeye)

I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to so many families that I am not sure if I even believe reform of the system is possible! The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people. It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so. Children deserve better. Families deserve better.

It’s time to pull back the curtain and set our children and families free."
