Let’s not confuse the law with ethics - NashuaTelegraph.com
When House Speaker William O’Brien, R-Mont Vernon, established the House Redress of Grievances Committee at the start of legislative session, it marked the first time in roughly 150 years that the redress process spelled out in the state constitution would be put into practice by the state Legislature.

OKAYYYYYYY....The Nashua Telegraph ACTUALLY WROTE "Let's not confuse ethics with the law?" LMAO!!! So are you saying it's OK to promote laws without rules, and to make rulings in the absence of the constitution and with disregard to ethics?! Well I guess if you can't beat 'em, let's join 'em then, right? Sounds like you've already been beat....Otherwise you wouldn't be suggesting that our constitutional rights be shelved like a can of soup or tuna remaining on the shelve of a ghost town......And, you'd be writing about those problems within the family court in order to provide transparency, unless of course you think that NH is just another Stepford State....Shhhhh.......Family Court rulings made in the absence of ethics are just our little secret, right?....
I'm sure that None of these readers want to know about the mother who went in front of a certain family court judge and lost her parental rights for supposedly being 'under the influence', despite the fact that her tests were completely negative for alcohol, drugs, tylenol, etc., yet the family court refused to allow into court such evidence in her defense............And None of these readers want to know about the children whose fathers' rights were terminated in NH Family Court....although these particular men named by the family court were in no way related to these children.....not biologically, and not even family acquaintances, but hopefully they were at least listed in the same NH phonebook, so that should be enough to make them "related"......Our Stepford State has got to just do what's necessary in order to make these children "Legally" adoptable....RIGHT? Well, nobody said it had to be ethical, right...RIGHT?! So, these children were adopted out to families while the NH Family Court refused to allow the biological father of one of those children the right voice his wishes to have custody of his child....the family court even refused this man to have a paternity test in order to prove his paternity of the child..... And MR or MS Journalist, do you also think that these readers want to hear about NH Family Court judges that are being moved around various NH Counties as if they were playing a game of musical chairs? Why do you suppose that is? It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that there are presiding judges hearing trumped up criminal charges against the parent and also presiding over the guardianship of that parent's child and the termination of the same parent's parental rights, would it? OF Course not!..... OH WAIT...I FORGOT....you said NOT TO CONFUSE LAWS WITH ETHICS, so I guess I should keep these Stepford-Family-Court secrets away from the readers, right? After all, WE'RE NOT TALKING ETHICS HERE....INSTEAD WE'RE TALKING "THE LAW"....You know, that undefinable constantly mutating set of rules that are based on future predictions (or horoscopes or tea-leaf readings perhaps?), on personal bias, or simply on the face value of the ex-parte stories of the GAL, DCYF worker in absence of proof to backup their claims......Oh I'm sorry....Did I just mention Marital Master and Judge as inter-changeable? Yes, that sort of thing has been happening also.......but that's OK, as performing Judge level tasks could only expand the skill set of these marital masters, right? Oh well, That's just another story for another day of "Let's Not Confuse The Law With Ethics.....as it's Just SO MUCH EASIER TO HAVE THE LAW WITHOUT ETHICS!!! And we don't want to complicate this matter any longer, so let's just stick to mud-slinging the Redress Grievance Committee members instead.....That way these Redress Committee People won't Rock the Stepford Boat the REAL ISSUES at hand of our families being destroyed at the hands of the NH Family Court! SSSSSHHHH! Not to worry there Journalist, I've kept your secret ;)
