DENVER - The 17-year-old found dead in a suitcase in Ruby Hill Park is the foster son of Jan Churchwell -- a well-known foster mom and a 2004 9Who Care winner.
Our partners at The Denver Post confirmed the deceased teen, Josh Churchwell, is from Burlington and is the son of Jan and Bob Churchwell. Bob Churchwell is a city administrator in Burlington.
