Tales of children bounced from home-to-home, physical abuse, and sexual molestation run rampant throughout the system. Now, one allegation from Arizona is revealing just how deep those stories may go.

Today is the Twelve Year Anniversary of the ILLEGAL Kidnapping of my Grandson Austin by the State of NH

Twelve years ago today, my Grandson Austin was dragged out of my house by four Police Officers and two DCYF workers. Stolen because his sickly Aunt was living in our home. Lied to and told there was a warrant for his removal. When asked for them to produce it, we were ignored, only to learn just a few years ago, there was no warrant. And there was no court order either.
Austin just turned 18 on January 25th. He still hasn't contacted us. His Grandfather was his buddy and has since passed away. When they stole Austin, they stole his happiness. They did everything together. He taught Austin how to do so many things and they went everywhere together.
Before he passed away, I tried to contact the people he lives with. In fact, whom I presume to be the adoptive Father stranger, was in the elevator with me when I was there to see my husband. If Austin doesn't know about his Grandfather yet, I'm sure he will be pissed when he finds out the strangers knew and kept him away from him.
Austin we love and miss you and Grampie was never the same without you. We're still waiting to hear from you.

The three-day sweep started Jan. 25 and was a collaboration among more than 85 federal, state, county and local law enforcement and nonprofit community organizations.

Happy Birthday Austin! This is the day Grampie, me, your Mommy and the rest of your REAL family have been waiting for. After waiting eleven and a half years, your Grampie couldn't wait any longer. He was taken from us way too soon, but I surmise you may already know that as I sent out messages to the people you live with asking for you to contact Grampie. But you never did, so I figured the people you were with were heartless. Grampie missed you so much, the stress ate away at him. He was so unhappy after you were stolen. He couldn't wait to see you again. I know if he saw you it would have turned things around. He might even still be with us.Too late now.
We love and miss you and want you to know you are now considered an adult and can make your own choices. The people you live with no longer have any say. Please come home!

A Perris husband and wife are in custody on suspicion of torture and child abuse after police found several of the couple’s children chained to beds in putrid surroundings, authorities said Monday.

The nightmarish discovery came Sunday after one of the children, a 17-year-old girl, escaped from the house in the 100 block of Muir Woods Road and called 911 on a cellphone she found in the home, according to an account released by Perris police.
