Hillary Clinton championed the Adoption and Safe Families Act through Congress in 1997. Since it's passing hundreds of thousands of American families have been destroyed.

For the first time in 39 years the Family First Act seeks to flip the funding pyramid right side up. Prevention funding has always been capped which means once it was gone it was gone until the next budget cycle. The FFA pulls funding from the adoption assistance program and uses it to fund prevention. Because this is Title IV-E entitlements there is no cap. States will actually be able to pay for prevention programs.

My Comment: 
DCYF wouldn't be in such a crisis if they would leave innocent families alone. They go after families for stupid reason's and leave the truly abused children alone. It is beyond me how DCYF could let Brielle and her siblings go home while their Mother had felony child abuse charges pending, but deny parent's their children when child abuse and neglect charges are dismissed in Criminal Court due to proof of evidence of innocence admitted into Criminal Court, but denied in Family Court.

My Comment:  Caseworker's Nationwide commit perjury on a daily basis to steal children from their innocent parents. Hopefully Judge Trott will put an end to it. It would also be nice if ALL the cases where perjury took place Nationwide were ALL overturned!!! Wishful thinking!
