The birth mother of a baby boy in the center of a Department of Children and Families investigation is planning to sue the state agency. The state’s Office of the Child Advocate said the child nearly died after DCF put him in foster care.

Protecting the constitutional rights of innocent families and protecting children from abuse should not be an either/or proposition. Providing a method for the legislature (or some representatives of the people, but the legislature is already duly elected and constitutionally charged) to examine a secretive agency in a serious structured way while protecting the privacy of families, also should not be an either/or proposition.

The Suffering and Devastation Caused by Hillary and Hubby's Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997
They say everyone makes mistakes, so why are REAL parent's singled out by the State Kidnappings of their children? Why is CPS/DCYF allowed to make mistakes with no repercussions? Why are Foster stranger's allowed to make mistakes with the children they hold hostage for the State with no repercussions? Even the Family Court Judges make mistakes, but they never admit to them. Even when innocence is proven, the children are never returned.
I don't understand the commercials on TV looking for Foster's that state, "You don't have to be perfect to raise a child." Then why do REAL parent's lose their children to the State for not being perfect? Isn't this a double standard? You bet it is.
Hillary claims to care so much about children, that the Act she wrote up and her hubby signed was designed to tear Biological families apart. Because they think the Govt. knows best how to raise our children. I heard she didn't even raise her own daughter. A Nanny did. How can she care about children when she lets the States tear them away from their REAL families? These children are left traumatized for life, many of them drugged. Many of them sexually abused.
Parent's are left with depression, PTSD, panic disorder's, substance abuse disorders and thoughts of committing suicide. These parent's are left devastated and so are their family member's.Their once happy world has been shattered, because they're not perfect in the eyes of the State. The sadness due to the loss of their children is too much to bear. They wander through life with no direction. They can't get out of the downward spiral they've been forced into. They can never get back everything they've lost and become more and more depressed. The once happy family is gone. They become just a shell. A shell that can no longer be productive in society. A shell that wander's aimlessly in pain.
This is how REAL parents and family members live their lives after losing their children. You call this living? The Adoption and Safe Families Act needs to be abolished. There is no incentive to keep families together. The only incentive is to tear them apart!
