BRANDON — A Brandon woman is suing a CFS agency and the provincial government, claiming she was sexually abused as a child in her foster home during the 1970s.
The 52-year-old plaintiff states that as a girl, she told a social worker she didn’t feel safe and wanted to be removed.

Michelle Martin of Bedford remembers the phone call she got nearly two years ago from her son: The state was removing his two children from the home. 
"If you don't take them, they're going to someone we don't know," he told his mom.
She and her husband took them.
They now have legal guardianship of the children, a 6-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy.

It must be nice to be able to be able to have guardianship of your grandchildren. Not so long ago in NH that was NEVER the case. Foster care period!
