LETTER: Family courts a plague on society:
Bruce Eden recently wrote an excellent letter on why family courts should not jail fathers who fall behind in child support payments as it is clearly a civil matter, not criminal. However he did not go nearly far enough. The entire family court system is evil and should be consigned to the dust heap of history.

The 52-year-old plaintiff states that as a girl, she told a social worker she didn’t feel safe and wanted to be removed.
