It will hear Monday from Gail Garinger, the former head of a similar office in Massachusetts.
We already have an Ombudsman! What we need are FAMILY ADVOCATES, who work with the entire family. Looking out for the family's best interest. God knows someone needs to when dealing with DCYF.
