A False Report and a NH DCYF Lawyer's Lie Rip a Nashua Family Apart

The Makings of an Excellent Lawsuit!

We were blessed with the birth of our granddaughter Isabella Brooke on August 31st, 2005, only to have her stolen by the State of NH on October 3rd, 2005. Hand delivered to Foster stranger's, who didn't even meet residence requirements to foster a child in NH to begin with. We were never given consideration for custody, nor were any other relatives. Never allowed a Home Study. Never allowed a Home Inspection. ALL Law's of the State and the Federal Government disregarded:
 https://www.childwelfare.gov/pubPDFs/placement.pdf
Placement of Children With Relatives- 42 U.S.C. § 671(a)(19) (LexisNexis 2013
  • By law, the State of New Hampshire must make efforts to identify and notify all adult relatives of a child within 30 days of a child going into placement. If a family relative is not available or not appropriate, the child may be placed in a licensed foster home.
  • When a grandparent or other relative is identified as an appropriate caretaker for a child in State custody, he or she can become licensed by DCYF to provide foster care for the child. While this is not a requirement, it is strongly recommended that they become a licensed relative foster home as they may receive additional financial assistance as well as additional support services.
because of an already PROVEN false report called in by a disgruntled, ex, so called friend of Isabella's Aunt, called in two weeks before her birth and proven FALSE the same day. A false report a Nashua DCYF Lawyer relayed to Judge James Leary, stating it was true and it happened in MY home. Lying through her teeth, slandering my family just to keep Isabella from us. Not only was the report PROVEN False, there was NO location listed as to where the "supposed" abuse took place.
That sorry excuse of a human being got her way when Judge Leary allowed her "Hearsay" without proof to steal Isabella from her entire REAL Family.
We were never allowed the Court Transcript where the Lawyer lied, even after filing many motion's to obtain it. The false reporter was never prosecuted for her lie that tore my family apart and the DCYF Lawyer was never reprimanded for her lie, even though we filed a complaint with the Attorney Discipline Board. Like they say, the Good Ole Boy's Network. They look out for their own. Oddly enough, after filing the complaint, I came in contact with that Lawyer soon after, who told me I had to drop the complaint against her. I told her I would drop the complaint after she admitted she lied. Her response,"No, I can't do that." Hopefully the complaint is still in her file. For some ungodly reason, the liar still work's for Nashua DCYF. I guess that's what happens when Union's take over Businesses. And yes, DCYF most certainly is a Business and our stolen children are their money maker's.
Isabella is now ten year's old. She was ILLEGALLY adopted by the stranger's in 2007, her Father never even contacted, never allowed the right to fight for custody and denied Paternity testing.
This is just our story. There are many more stories out there where false report's are used to steal our children and grandchildren. Always watch your backs and trust no-one when it comes to your children. All it takes is just one false report to wreak havoc on a once happy family. Remember, the Judges ALWAYS side with DCYF/CPS. You don't have a snowball's chance in Hell fighting the Family Court system. Know your rights and NEVER let your guard down.

Parents outgunned in child welfare cases

Protecting parental rights:

LANSING – When he was 15, Lamar McGaughy lost his mother to drugs. He lost his siblings to Michigan’s foster care system. Split up after their mother's death, McGaughy and his siblings barely know each other today. The 38-year-old Detroit barber was afraid the same would happen to his son and daughter after their mother got into trouble with Michigan’s Children’s Protective Services. The court wouldn’t place his kids with him because he lacked legal custody over them, though he’d always been a part of their lives. He had reason to be afraid. For most parents fighting CPS in court, "the system is really designed for them to lose,” said Liisa Speaker, a Lansing attorney who represents parents at the Michigan Court of Appeals. Michigan is caring for the nation's 12th-highest rate of kids awaiting adoption because judges terminated their parents' rights to them.
