More than six months after the hot-car death of his toddler son, Garland County Circuit Judge Wade Naramore faces a class A misdemeanor charge of negligent homicide in the case, according to court records. Naramore, 36, was arrested after an investigation into the death his 17-month-old son, Thomas Naramore, who was found July 24 in a vehicle at Fairoaks Place and James Street in Hot Springs.

Child Protective Services removed Joe Ann Howe's two grandchildren from their mother's home about 16 years ago and placed them in the foster care system.
But Howe, then a resident of Woodland, Ga., didn't want strangers caring for her grandbabies, who were then 4 and almost 5 years old. So she filled out the necessary paperwork to have them placed in her custody
