KEENE — A Wisconsin woman accused of throwing her six-month-old baby, causing a skull fracture, pleaded guilty in Cheshire County Superior Court Friday. In a negotiated plea, she was given a year in jail.
My comment: What a backward system. Parent's who never harm their children, even parents proven innocent, never see their children again in NH. No visits, nothing. Children even taken after DCYF uses their "psychic" abilities, claiming "We're sure she'll neglect the child in the future." Not in the past, not in the present. In the future. Stolen and adopted out to stranger's, never to be seen again. But hey, this Mother beat her child, so everything's fine, right? NOT!
