More troubles for the NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The Federal government says they botched the paperwork in the reimbursement claims it made under the Children's Health Insurance Program. The Inspector General says the state (that's us taxpayers) owe the Feds $34.8 million.

He’s worried his grandson is being molested.
