Reach Out To Your State Legislature In Times of Despair
Reach Out to Your State Legislature in times of Despair.
NH State Senator Kevin Avard
Senator Avard, Candy and Jazmin
NH State Rep. Kim Rice
When problems arise, especially DCYF/CPS and Family Court problems, contact your State Representatives and State Senator's. They are there to help. That was exactly what we did when we found out DCYF was called by the Hospital where Jazmin was born, which they say is protocol even when a baby is withdrawing from medication prescribed to the Mother. Another Law that MUST be changed.
We contacted State Senator Kevin Avard and State Representative Kimberly Rice of Hudson, NH at the onset of DCYF involvement. They have been there for us since day one and without them by our side, we may have lost Jazmin for the same reason Isabella was taken from us in 2005. Senator Avard and Kimberly vowed to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They kept their word and the case is being closed. They are both honest and compassionate people and they definitely work for we the people. Thank you both for all of your help. You've been a God send to our family. God Bless you both!
