Family Court Fraud, Collusion & Corruption - The Brilliant Racket(tm)

Family Court Fraud, Collusion & Corruption - The Brilliant Racket(tm):

Alert: Family Law Is Consumer Fraud

FCLU has opened a formal Federal Trade Commission (FTC) case for investigation into Family Court Fraud, Deception & Racketeering.  Send your complaints to crcmessages@ftc.gov or fax 202-326-2012.  Please reference Case Number 58748109 in the email subject line. State all judges, lawyers, “experts”, laws broken, duration and cost of your case. Make sure you include your contact information, docket number and jurisdictional information. Your document can be as little as one page or numerous pages. We need volumes of complaints to support our formal legal filings.   FTC’s charter is “Protecting America’s Consumer” and Family Court needs to be abolished or strongly regulated federally. Let’s make them do their job.

He is probably best known for his time serving as Chief Justice to Court of Appeals for the State of Arizona, where he authored the famous Miranda decision that was subsequently appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court and overturned, resulting in what is known today as the “Miranda Rights” which law enforcement now quotes to suspected criminals upon arrest.

False allegations: CPS and Family Court – a match made in heaven

False allegations: CPS and Family Court – a match made in heaven - Vancouver Parenting | Examiner.com:

If you are having difficulty processing how a person can lose custody over false allegations of abuse, let me assure you, you are not alone.
There is a difference between criminal court and family court. In criminal court a person is deemed innocent until proven guilty. The prosecutor has the burden to prove that the defendant is guilty.
This is not the case in family court, where false allegations have become a commodity. In family court there is no burden of proof. Furthermore, the accused is guilty unless and until proven innocent. (Comment: Even then, CPS still considers them guilty!)

Ripping kids from their parents used to be a last resort. Now, it’s a massive profit center. And some officials have proven they’re willing to resort to murder to keep the money flowing. But victimized parents are no longer defenseless and alone. Anonymous has joined their cause.

Disabled mom gets daughter back after legal battle

Disabled mom gets daughter back after legal battle - Parents - TODAY.com:

A Massachusetts mom with a “mild intellectual disability” won a two-year historic legal battle Monday and was reunited with the baby who was taken from her at 2 days old and placed in foster care.
Comment:Exactly the same thing I was told by DCYF in New Hampshire. I was told I had to choose between my sick, potentially dying daughter and my grandson. I was told if I wanted my grandson I had to throw my sick daughter out. After my daughter got better, former DCYF Director Maggie Bishop asked,"Why isn't C**** dead?"
