15 years ago today a special little boy was born. That little boy was you. Born to a Mommy and Daddy that loved you so much and still do. Your whole Family loved you from the day you were born.

I'll never forget the first time I saw you. I was one proud and "Happy" Grammy. It was love at first sight.
Grampie felt the same way.You became our little buddy. You were Grampies shadow. Everywhere he went, you went with him.
You helped him fix the car, you helped him around the house and you even helped us both with the garden. You were one happy little boy, always smiling and ready to help. And then you were gone from our lives, thank's to the State of NH. You were just a Dollar sign to them, as well as whoever is raising you.
No matter what they tell you, We did NOT abandon you. We have ALWAYS wanted you. We have ALWAYS Loved you and ALWAYS will and we have been fighting for your return for nine years now.
You have many new cousins who can't wait to meet you, along with a new Father. A good Father, who hasn't even met you but already loves you. He and your Mommy want you home. Everyone want's you home. We are here in the same house waiting for you and I'm sure you'll have no problem finding us. Please contact us. We love and miss you and always will.

Summary
Under the Adoption Incentives program (Section 473A of the Social Security Act) states earn
federal bonuses when they increase adoptions of children who are in need of new permanent
families. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have earned a part of the $375
million in Adoption Incentive funds that have been awarded since the program was established as
part of the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 (ASFA, P.L. 105-89). Funding authorized for
this program has been extended twice since it was established, most recently in 2008 (P.L. 110-
351), but is currently set to expire on September 30, 2013. Congress may act to revise and/or
extend this program in the 113th Congress.

This is the Reason Isabella Was Stolen

NH DCYF and The Family Court's Play Favorites!

Twin, 9 year old boy's, left alone for month's to fend for themselves by a "supposed" babysitter and the parent's aren't charged by DCYF or the Court's, yet a Mother who leaves her son with a babysitter for a few HOURS , has her child stolen by NH DCYF and never returned after the babysitter leaves him home alone sleeping.

The Mother is charged with child endangerment, the charges are dropped in Criminal Court, but the Judge refuses to drop charges in Family Court and won't allow new found evidence proving the Mother's innocence. Shouldn't she have gotten  her son back? She didn't and relatives weren't even allowed custody. Her son was ILLEGALLY adopted, never to be seen again. So what gives DCYF and the Family Court's the right to pick and choose whose kids are returned? Why is does one family get better treatment than another? Where's the equality? What's good for one SHOULD be good for the other! 
The parent's of the twin boy's are not facing charges, so why was the Mother of the little boy charged? She had a babysitter also and her child wasn't left alone for months.
How can DCYF and the Family Court's get away with playing Favorites?

Does a Report of Child Sexual Molestation Warrant Immediate Removal of a Child?

If someone calls in a report to DCYF of a child/children being sexually molested, wouldn't that warrant immediate removal? Wouldn't this be considered "Imminent Danger"?
Why would a newborn, blonde haired, blue eyed grandchild be considered to be in "Imminent Danger", but NOT the children of the accused parents?
Why would the children be left in the home, but the newborn never even allowed into the home?
How does a DCYF Lawyer get away with telling a Judge there is sexual molestation going on in a home and not mention the children were never removed. The Judge never even asked. How does she even get away with making the false statement, when she already knows it was already Proven to be a false report?
Could it be the day the report was called in that it was already Proven a False Report? Or could it be the False reporter never stated where the "supposed" abuse took place? So where did the DCYF Lawyer come up with,"It happened in the Grandparent's home", when there was no address given? No dates, no times?
Isn't "Hearsay" without proof in Family Court cases ILLEGAL?
Isn't "Slander" also ILLEGAL?
NH DCYF as well as the NH Family Court's need to get their shit together. How many more Grandparents have been and will be screwed over because of the ILLEGAL practices of both DCYF and the Family Courts?
How many more children and families will suffer the abuse of DCYF and the Family Courts?
