Comment: When is it EVER intentional to leave a child in a hot car? Foster stranger's are PAID to keep Foster children safe. Don't forget, these stranger's are the "Chosen", handpicked by the "Almighty" CPS. So yes, this does make ALL Foster's special in the eyes of the State. No-one can love or care about a child as much as their biological family. The State knows squat about raising children. All they are is a bunch of Psychic wannabees!
