Parents of Justina Pelletier to Appeal Judge’s DCF Custody Decision:
Liberty Counsel is to follow every possible legal process to return Justina Pelletier to her parents in Connecticut so she can get medical care, access to a priest, and an education. This follows a court order late yesterday granting the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) continued custody of the desperately ill teenager until at least June 20 this year. In a press release issued last night, the international nonprofit organization said it would be filing a habeas corpus petition or an appeal against the judge’s custody decision.

Here are Four Main Reasons Judge Gave Permanent Custody of Justina Pelletier to State | LibertyNEWS.com:
Several government apologists are pointing at this document as support for why the judge made the awful decision to continue holding Justina Pelletier against the will of her family. The claim is the judge made points that show the parents are unfit to care for their daughter, even though evidence suggests the state is now unfit to care for Justina.

Ma. Judge Rules Against Justinas Parent's Without Forcing DCYF to Follow Court Order's
The Judge in the Justina Pelletier Case is just another Puppet for DCYF. He, himself Court-ordered DCYF to send Justina back to Tuft's Medical, to continue with the care she was receiving before Boston Children's Hospital stuck their noses in and reported her parents for Medical Neglect. Instead of bringing charges against the high and mighty Ma. DCYF for NOT following Court order's, the Judge instead gives DCYF Permanent custody of 15 year old Justina. First of all, seeing as Justina is a Connecticut resident, doesn't Connecticut have jurisdiction? Second, the Judge stated Justina's Father called DCYF Nazis and spoke abusively toward them, therefore he made this unjust decision. If DCYF doesn't like being called Nazi's, they should STOP acting like them. If they don't want parent's and family member's speaking abusively toward them, DCYF needs to stop speaking abusively to them and STOP railroading families. They have absolutely NO respect for children, parent's or families and they believe they have the Power of God. It's high time we took that power away. Judges need to Stop letting DCYF pull their strings and start holding them accountable for their actions! There is NO Family Preservation, only Family Destruction!
