15 Year Old Justina Pelletier May Finally Go Home:

For approximately 1 year, the Pelletier family have been fighting a custody battle with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families to win their 15 year old daughter back. Their teenage daughter Justina Pelletier was being treated in Connecticut for what was diagnosed as Mitochondrial Disease at Tufts Medical Center. Sometime last year she started to suffer from complications from the Flu and was transported to Boston Massachusetts to Boston Children’s Hospital. While she was there receiving flu treatment, the doctors believed that Justina had been misdiagnosed by Tufts and claimed that she was instead suffering from Somatoform Disorder.

The CDC has been shunning the correlations between thimerosal and neurological disorders for a very long time. Although the FDA gave a two year deadline to remove the mercury based preservative from vaccines after the neurotoxin was banned in 1999, it still remains to this day in 60 percent of flu vaccines. A vaccine industry watchdog has now obtained CDC documents that show statistically significant risks of autism associated with the vaccine preservative, something the CDC denies even when confronted with their own data.

FRANKFORT — Some juvenile court proceedings may soon be open to the public, but the measure still faces some stiff opposition in the state Senate from some. 
Sen. John Schickel, R-Union, supported the measure and said “much of this is shrouded in secrecy and is self-serving. (The public) needs to know what goes on in these family courts.”
