Another Case of Injustice in the NH Family Court System
A NH Mother, forced out of the apartment she shared with her husband by NH DCYF in 2006, who told both parent's if she didn't move out, neither would ever see their children again.
She was NEVER allowed to retrieve ANY of her or her children's belongings. The Father took EVERTHING, including all of the Mother's and son's clothes and personal belongings and ALL furniture. The Father told the Court he and the mother split up long before this and he took six pieces of furniture out of storage. He lied again. The Mother still has the lease of the apartment they shared. There was nothing in storage, but again the Court ruled in his favor, without proof of course, because "hearsay" without proof in NH is now the NORM, illegal as it is.The Father now has custody of one of the children and refused placement of the second.
The Father filed for divorce in 2012. Throughout this entire time, the Mother filed for visitation, which was court-ordered, but the Father refused to comply. He also told the MM if he allowed visits, the MM didn't have a brain in his head. This is NOT the same MM who ruled in his favor.
After all of the court-orders allowing visitation since 2007 and the Father never held in contempt for non-compliance, the Court now states that the Mother NEVER requested any Court intervention until after the Divorce filing. Will NH Family Court's EVER read the files instead of making half assed statement's in their decisions? Statements that are totally false? The truth is, the Mother has been filing Motions with the Court since 2007 for visitation with her daughter. While Court took place in her hometown, she was granted visitation every time, but her husband NEVER complied with the Court orders. Contempt charges were filed twice. Of course, the Court the case was transferred to ruled in his favor. His hometown. It's quite obvious the Court AGAIN didn't read this file. I doubt it was lost after being transferred to another town. I think it's more a case of the low income Mother being refused legal representation because the Father, owning a home, a business and new vehicles got the low income representation instead. Only in NH!
The Father denied he ever refused visitation. He even told the Mother his Mistress threatened to cut him off of everything they owned together if he let the child's Mother be in her life. The child is now brainwashed and when visits did finally start, because the Father was threatened with jail, she supposedly didn't want to see her Mother. After being brainwashed and probably threatened for seven years, of course she's going along with her Father.
The people have a HUGE problem in NH. The Marital Masters and Judges do NOT read Court files. This isn't the only case I've come across. There are many more. The Injustice in this State is horrendous.
Will the NH Family Court's EVER get it right or will the destruction of families continue?
On one hand this State claims it takes a Mommy and Daddy to raise a child. That is when DCYF is involved and the child is stolen and placed in Foster care.
On the other hand this State is responsible for splitting up parents and ordering only one parent to raise the child.

False Positive Drug Tests Responsible For Stealing Newborn in New Hampshire
I just came across an article of great interest to many this morning at:

Many of the statement's in this article I have tried to prove since September 26,2005, when my granddaughter was first ordered into DCYF custody. Shouldn't anyone with half a brain realize a: myriad of illnesses and medications during and after pregnancy WILL cause false positives in drug testing? I argued until I was blue in the face, but no-one even cared to listen. Not even her Court-appointed Puppet, who claimed his brother, a Doctor denied my claims.
In February of 2006, when my daughter's HIDDEN Medical files were finally released from Southern NH Medical Center and The Nashua Area Health Center, almost 6 months after her newborn daughter was stolen by Nashua DCYF and the Family Court (District Court at the time.) Now I had more ammo. More ammo that mean't absolutely nothing to the money hungry DCYF nor the Court. The Court who denied mine and my daughter's right to admit the new found evidence in her Medical file, which her court-appointed puppet refused to do. By the way, the Judge NEVER court-ordered her Pre-natal file, where I found much of the evidence proving innocence.
After scouring over the Medical file, I couldn't believe what I found. I thought for sure my granddaughter would be coming home. Next joke, when you're trying to fight a backward Judicial system. Where there's money to be made, you can be sure you'll lose.
My daughter had Asthma, which I was already aware and used Prescription Inhalers and nasal sprays, which cause false positives.
My daughter had Hepatitis-C, which cause's false positives for Opiates, THC, Amphetaminse, Ecstasy and Cocaine-Of course the Liver isn't functioning the way it should be.
Testing for Diabetes was futile because she couldn't keep the testing liquid down. She had Hypermesis Graviderum.(We were told they didn't know what was wrong with her) Diabetes also cause false positives for Opiates, THC, Ecstasy, Cocaine and Amphetamines.
She took Ibuprophen, Nyquil, Amoxicillan, Naproxen, Sudafed, Robitussin, also not on this list Zofran, Seroquel, Prozac and Methadone
She was also anemic, her thyroid wasn't functioning and she was overall considered to have a High Risk pregnancy. She was NEVER treated for any of the above illnesses or even told she had them.
No-one ever listened. Isabella is still being held hostage by strangers. It's been eight years now. Nobody cares. Except her REAL Family!

She also had a Pituitary Gland hemorrhage in labor, never told and ended up with Sheehan Syndrome-Rare in the U.S., well-known in third world countries due to BAD Prenatal Medical care.
She was given a Morphine IV in labor for 19 hours due to Placenta-Previa, an Epidural, Pitocin, Fentynal and Methadone. The Morphine showed up in the baby. She was never tested for Methadone or any of the other medications.
She was denied visits with her newborn daughter until December of 2005, after clearing the Hepatits-C, her drug tests were now negative.No-one ever listened. Isabella is still being held hostage by strangers. It's been eight years now. Nobody cares. Except her REAL Family!
