Keep Veronica Home-My Daddy
My Daddy:
My daughter Veronica is a happy, bouncy, joyful and much-loved child. She is not a baby anymore. She's a little girl who looks forward to running to greet me when I get home from work, riding with her papa on his tractor and eating her grandmother's good cooking. She has a big sister she looks up to and adores.

It's important to work on family success, not just child placement, expert says.
Older children in foster care and families who adopted kids need more help, Pertman says. "We have to support the families as well as placing the kids."
Note: Why don't you try giving services to BIOLOGICAL Families and then Foster care wouldn't be needed? It makes no sense to support Foster families and do nothing for Biological families. DUH!
