Legally Accessible - Not so much: NH Supreme Ct. Legalizes Kidnapping & Fraud:
On 6/27/13 the Nashua, NH Superior Ct. gave the if and when a Mother could she her child to the man who abused her and kidnapped and/or gained custody of her child by fraud. What kind of people do that?

Note:The Family Court's and DCYF are also GUILTY of Legalized kidnapping and fraud. The NH Supreme Court just condones their actions. No oversight and no accountability.
DCYF workers and their so-called Lawyer's falsify reports, relay "Hearsay" without proof and perjure themselves in Court on a daily basis after removing children from their homes due to false reports. The Judges go right along with the fraud. What do they care? They're getting paid to ruin lives.
Try appealing to the Supreme Court. It will get you no-where. The Supreme Court Judges condone the Family Court Judges and their unethical behavior. Scour your Family Court transcript. The many discrepancies will astound the lay person. Appeal to the NH Supreme Court. Point out ALL of the false statements made by the Family Court Judges. Where does it get you? Nowhere! Be forewarned, the NH Family Court's, DCYF, GALs, CASA, Foster strangers, etc. are ALL making money off your stolen/kidnapped children!
A statement made to me by a former DCYF worker: "DCYF can do whatever they want because our Govt. gave them the power to do so.When a child is taken by NH DCYF, the child is never returned.In NH, every parent who goes through a TPR Hearing has their rights terminated. The NH Supreme Court NEVER reverses a TPR."
The former caseworker was right. Maybe that's why she no longer works for DCYF!
So if parent's and Families are looking for Justice in the NH Family Court's and the NH Supreme Court, dream on. You won't find it in NH!
Even the NH Legislators can't stop the fraud and kidnapping of our children. So I guess fraud and kidnapping actually IS legal in NH!

Why in this day and age, do false reports go unpunished? The Police have all kinds of tracking systems at their fingertips, yet there are some idiots out there, with nothing better to do, who call in false reports on innocent people. And why not? Nothing happen's. They're not held accountable. What ever happened to being arrested for making a false report? Sending the Police on a wild goose chase put's many in danger and cost's the tax payer money. What if someone were injured or even killed? Why aren't these idiots held accountable? Why aren't they arrested and forced to pay for their false reporting?
What about the falsely accused parent's, who are retaliated against by people they thought were their friends? Who call in false reports to Child Protective Services, just to get back at the parent's or relatives for some stupid reason? What happens to the false accuser's? Nothing! They are never held accountable, yet they ruin entire families with their false accusations. Again, they're never held accountable. Never arrested. No consequences.
When will the false accuser's ever be punished? What's up with today's society? Why can't people just mind their own business and stay out of other peoples lives? Some people are just so unhappy with their own lives, they just feel the need to make the people around them as miserable as they are. I guess the old saying is true, "Misery DOES love company".
Isn't it about time to prosecute the false accuser's? Make them pay for the havoc they create!

Does it Make Sense to Intervene in Child Custody Cases in New Hampshire?
Evidently NOT. It makes no more sense to intervene than it does to even try to fight for justice in the NH Family Courts.
I have been fighting for visitation rights with my granddaughter since 2007. In 2009 I was granted Grandparent Visitation after being allowed to Intervene and testify in my daughter's custody case, where her estranged husband is the custodial parent. Still no visitation due to the custodial parent's refusal to follow Court orders and never held in contempt.
Since the first Court hearing in 2008, the case was transferred to another town. Now, a different Marital Master. A Marital Master we are hoping can see through all the lies the Father and his Lawyer told.
I have not been allowed to speak at any of these hearing's, nor was I allowed to even sit with the non-custodial parent. Even though I was sent notices in the mail to be at the hearings as an Intervener, I am still treated like a court onlooker. So what sense does it make to Intervene in NH?
Hearing after hearing, just sitting there, listening to all the lies. And then not allowed to speak up and tell the truth. Truth some people wouldn't tell if it hit them in the face.
My daughter without a Lawyer and I, denied the right to represent her.Why should I attend a Court hearing as an Intervener and never be allowed to speak? I guess NH Family Court's have no clue on what it means to Intervene. Maybe ALL NH Lawyer's should go back to School and learn the Law. The Law we are ALL supposed to abide by. Not just us peons! To intervene means absolutely NOTHING in the NH Family Courts!
