Michele McPhee reported on July 1, 2013 — that Accused Boston mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger smiled and chuckled during the testimony today of a former cocaine dealer who greeted Bulger from the stand with a friendly, "How are ya?'

This Story is unraveling like the J.K. Rowling Novels we have come to love...she is truly brilliant.  How much so? Depends on what you take with you, from her world.  Having read all of novels at least eight times and an avid history fan, as I read them I imaged Hitler as Voldermont, but the twists in turns in our own Boston saga as reported by McPhee and others, are revealing that Voldermont has been closer to us New Englanders than we may have though....

The NH circuit court system is short nine full-time judges and seven part-time judges

The circuit court system is short nine full-time judges and seven part-time judges - NashuaTelegraph.com:

NASHUA – New Hampshire judges are keeping their head above water – or the stack of case files – but the immense amount of reading, order writing and decision making is taking its toll, according to court officials.

Note: “There’s not a family judge in the state that doesn’t take a pile of files home every night and every weekend to make decisions and get decisions out,” Kelly said. Judge Kelly, who are you trying to kid? Past experience shows the Family Court Judges don't even read the case files before making a decision, never mind take them home. Proof being, DCYF  will tell the Judge one thing, while documented proof concerning the matter tell's a whole different scenario. The Judge rules on the "Word" of DCYF "Hearsay" instead of the proof. If the Family Court's are overburdened with cases, you have yourself to blame and the Judges under you. Railroading innocent parents and families due to "Hearsay" should be against the Law. Oh wait, it actually is! But if Family Court Judges followed the Law, the State would lose their almighty Title IV Federal blood money! And just think of all the families that wouldn't be destroyed! Now that would be a breath of fresh air!
