Assistant Attorney General Woodard's defense flies, but with a conflict of interest...
As shown here: Judge Lynn's order made a decision on the above, which shows that the NH Supreme Court has no ethical conflict screening, something we should all be concerned with.
FACT:
Judge Lynn was referenced earlier in this civil suit as having a conflict of interest, because he had already made rulings on portions of the matter being appealed, as did Judges Hicks and six others not on the supreme court, id. in the Exhibits here: Motion to Recuse.
Consequently, we should now be down to 3 Justices on the NH Supreme Ct. who can actually hear this case, inevitably due to the old boys network even with Dalanis, we are an appeal away from the Federal Courts, if the Conflict of Interest is not rectified as shown to exist and warrant that these Judges recuse themselves in this Motion to Recuse.
