Newark baby who died in bathtub was a foster child, state official says | NJ.com:
NEWARK — An 11-month-old Newark girl in a foster home was found dead Wednesday in an inch of water in the bathtub, authorities said.
Circumstances surrounding the death of Kaniiyah Ealey remain unclear but state Department of Children and Families Commissioner Allison Blake said the agency was "working closely with law enforcement to investigate an allegation of neglect regarding supervision of this child in the bathtub." The statement came in an e-mail Blake sent to employees and child welfare professionals Wednesday evening.

There’s another murderer masquerading as an OB doctor in Texas whose clinic is being investigated after a few of his employees came forward with their testimonies. Three women and one other anonymous person who were employed by Dr. Douglas Karpen have come forward to testify about the horrific details of what went on at this particular clinic and possibly two other clinics that Karpen owned. Here are some of the things they witnessed from their former boss:
- delivering live babies during third-trimester abortions
- killing them by snipping their spinal cord
- stabbing a surgical instrument into their heads or stomach
- twisting their heads off their necks with his own bare hands
- pulling the baby out of the womb in pieces because of how big it was

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), Advocates
for Informed Choice (AIC) and pro bono counsel for the private law firms of
Janet, Jenner & Suggs and Steptoe & Johnson LLP filed a lawsuit
today against the South Carolina Department of Social Services, Greenville
Hospital System, Medical University of South Carolina and individual employees
for performing an irreversible and medically unnecessary surgery on an infant
in the state’s care.

The lawsuit, filed in both state and federal court, charges that it was a violation
of the U.S. Constitution when South Carolina doctors working for the state surgically
removed the healthy genital tissue of a 16-month-old child, potentially sterilizing him
and greatly reducing, if not eliminating, his sexual function.
