FRANKFORT, Ky. (WDRB) -- There were heated words and emotional testimony during a legislative committee hearing Wednesday where lawmakers and parents accused a state commissioner, child protective services and its workers of failing to protect children from abuse.

MEMPHIS (AP) - The University of Tennessee Health Science Center has received a federal grant to provide services for foster children.
MEMPHIS (AP) - The University of Tennessee Health Science Center has received a federal grant to provide services for foster children.
Many children have been traumatized before they are placed with a foster family, and the $1.4 million grant will help provide more effective assistance to them.
Note: Wrong! These children are NOT traumatized before they're placed with Foster stranger's. They become traumatized from being stolen from their families.
And it will take an awfully HUGE grant to aid the traumatized children in Foster care seeing as there are so many!
