Grant to aid traumatized children in foster care
Grant to aid traumatized children in foster care:

MEMPHIS (AP) - The University of Tennessee Health Science Center has received a federal grant to provide services for foster children.
Many children have been traumatized before they are placed with a foster family, and the $1.4 million grant will help provide more effective assistance to them.
Note: Wrong! These children are NOT traumatized before they're placed with Foster stranger's. They become traumatized from being stolen from their families.
And it will take an awfully HUGE grant to aid the traumatized children in Foster care seeing as there are so many!

Filmmaker Garland Waller deals in unpleasant facts. Note: It works both way's. The Abuser, whether mother or father most often wins custody. This is pure fact in New Hampshire!

MENTAL HEALTH GRADES BY STATE
The National Alliance on Mental Illness gave the USA an overall grade of D for its delivery of mental health care in a 2009 report. The organization found problems in every state, but some fared better than others. Updated reports in 2011 have documented additional cutbacks and challenges.
Advocates say the USA's mental health care system is broken. They're calling for more funding and new legislation to help protect both patients and the public.
