State judicial panel censures Family Court judge - City & Region - The Buffalo News:
When Erie County Family Court Judge Paul G. Buchanan went to see a suicidal 14-year-old girl in a hospital’s psychiatric unit, he gave her a book and some cookies and told her she had a lot to live for.
Note: A caring Family Court Judge at last and they censure him!
If we had more Judges like him, our children and Country would be better off!

Pain Killer Addiction in New Hampshire
An article was printed in the local newspaper this morning regarding pain killer addiction in NH. I felt the the inalienable need to approach this subject after receiving an Anonymous message from someone who cares about the addicted people of NH.

Aren't the Doctor's in NH responsible for this epidemic? Should they be prescribing large amounts of painkillers to anyone? Shouldn't they be looking for the problem causing the pain instead of just masking the symptoms?
Because the prescription monitoring program went into effect in 2012, signed by Governor Lynch, does that let these Doctor's off the hook?
Isn't it then the Doctor's responsibility to help the patient kick the addiction she/he helped to create? Then Why does the Doctor leave the addicted patient to fend for his/herself, after begging for help? After not fixing the mess he/she created? Why does the Doctor make it impossible to obtain help elsewhere?

My take on this one: The Doctor know's he/she is at fault and is afraid of losing his/her medical license. He/she want's to save his/her own butt.
So now that the addicted patient has nowhere to turn, what happens next?
So what's left for the Patient? Where do they turn? Most likely, the streets.
There aren't enough substance abuse programs in NH and the Doctor's prescribing these large doses of pain killers need to be held responsible for their actions.
I've come across so many people in NH, now addicted to pain killer's it's sickening.
NH Doctor's have created this problem, not only for their newly addicted patients, but for their families as well.
So what will our new Governor do to remedy Addiction in NH? And what if anything will happen to the Doctor's responsible for Pain Killer Addiction?

If Child Protective Services had its way, 5-year-old Katelynn Allen wouldn't be with her grandmother right now. Neither would her 6-year-old brother Elisha.
CPS wanted them to be adopted by non-relatives.

Joe Kenick III Full Unedited Hearing 12-11-12 with the Infamous Judge LeFrancois
Note: Anyone who reads my blog, must remember my mention of the "Infamous" Judge LeFrancois. How could you not remember? He's the Judge who denied my daughter's admittance of evidence proving innocence, even after Criminal charges were dropped. He also denied the Motion to dismiss all charges and return her children, furthering DCYF's and CASA's agenda to make sure the children were never returned!
More fraud to add to his belt!
My New Years Resolution-Please Join Me
Please join me in my New Years Resolution to put an end to Title IV funding! This funding comes from OUR Social Security we've paid in all these years and is used to reward the States for the kidnapping of our children, fostered out by stranger's and adopted. The more children stolen, the heftier reward. Title IV funding is the incentive to steal our children. Why is there NO incentive to keep families together?
Please join me in fighting for Title IV funding's demise!
