To preserve the rule of law and protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the United States and New Hampshire Constitutions, the courts will provide accessible, prompt, and efficient forums for the fair and independent administration of justice, with respect for the dignity of all we serve.

With the resurrection of the NH Redress of Grievance of Committee, due to the number of people complaining to legislators that the NH court's do not provided accessible, prompt, and efficient forums in the following areas:

  1. being closed several days a week; alledgedly due to budget constraints;
  2. by not hearing family contempt cases within 30 days as required by law under
      NH RSA 461-A:4-a Judicial Enforcement of Parenting Plan;

Time to draw back the curtain on child welfare system - The Washington Post:

It's Time to Open ALL Family Court's!

If the murder had happened in Los Angeles, we might know whether the accused 12-year-old boy had a history of violence. If it was in Michigan, we might find out if the 2-year-old he allegedly beat to death was repeatedly abused.If the foster parents lived in Illinois, we might be able to sit in court and hear whether the family realized that their 12-year-old son was a danger to the foster child they were supposed to shelter, protect and nurture.

New settlement aims to prod Miss. on foster care

New settlement aims to prod Miss. on foster care:

The suit was first brought in 2004 by a New York-based group, Children's Rights, on behalf of minors that it said were being mistreated in the state's foster care system.
