A southern Ohio foster care agency was hit by hackers.
Calls placed in and out of the Oasis Therapeutic Foster Care Network help foster kids find homes. But a telephone bill that his non-profit recently got had their jaws drop, ONN's Denise Alex reported.

Commonly used baby soaps and shampoos, including products from Johnson & Johnson, Aveeno and CVS, can trigger a positive result on newborns' marijuana screening tests, according to a recent study. A minute amount of the cleansing products in a urine sample — just 0.1 milliliters or less — was found to cause a positive result.

The Redress of Grievance Committee's right to subpoena sealed records comes with responsibility and should be viewed by a small committee to protect the child's privacy and one of those viewers better be a seasoned family law attorney!

The House Redress of Grievances Committee decided to try out its new subpoena power last week.

On Thursday, the committee, which was resurrected by O'Brien for the 2011-12 legislative session to hear complaints from citizens, voted to subpoena "sealed records" in the case of David Johnson, who has long fought for custody of his daughter.
