I was put into care when I was nine days old. I know all too well that the system is 'not fit for purpose' – especially for girls
They are labelled "looked-after children" but it might be more accurate to call them "written-off children". There are about 65,000 children in carein Britain today. A care system branded by an all-party report as riddled with weaknesses, with residential care "not fit for purpose" for children who go missing.

Over the years survival of unspeakable crimes dims, but it is never fully eradicated. Domestic Violence is an Oppressive and Continuing Crime in this country; I am releasing my research and creation of a Continuing Legal Education Course, I created while attending Nashua Community College under the watchful eye of Professor Robert A. Lubitz Esq. director of their Paralegal Program. NCC hosted this event on 10/23/10 with the assistance of my panel member's listed on page 6. and together we received a 95% approval rating.

(Reuters Health) - The number of drugs dispensed to U.S. minors has dropped slightly over the past decade, bucking the rise in prescriptions to adults, according to a government report out Monday.
The new report also found an uptick in the use of some drugs in children, with stimulants for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, leading the pack.
