Divorce - Mothers - Families - Options to Retain your Home in NH

DMVC Productions: Divorce - Mothers - Families - Options to Retain your Home in NH:

A divorce comes with a lot of expenses especially in NH if you obtained an Attorney who possibly raked you and/or the Courts dragged it out your case due to their marital master program. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? That feeling of being heavily burdened, mentally or physically, by troubles, adverse conditions, and anxiety; yeah that; that is oppression.

Reinstatement of Parental Rights State Statute Summary

Reinstatement of Parental Rights State Statute Summary:

Every State has statutes providing for the termination of parental rights by a court. Termination of parental rights, which can be voluntary or involuntary, ends the legal parent-child relationship. Once parental rights have been terminated, the child is legally free to be placed for adoption.
Approximately nine states have legislation in place that allows for the reinstatement of parental rights following termination of parental rights. If a permanent placement has not been achieved within a specific timeframe, a petition may be filed with the court requesting reinstatement of the parent’s rights. If the court determines that the parent is now able to provide a safe home for the child, the request may be granted. The laws were developed in response to children who were aging out of the foster care system and re-establishing ties with parents and family members.

N.H. Family Court & Guardian ad Litem System Abusing Children - How to "Have a GAL for Lunch"

STOP! Judicial Child Abuse: N.H. Family Court & Guardian ad Litem System Abusing Children - How to "Have a GAL for Lunch":

The N.H. Family Court is causing children to be abused and neglected all across the state by its unlawful conduct, and in part, has used the N.H. Guardian ad Litem "program" to effectuate these child-abusive ends.
It is no surprise that the Guardian ad Litem ("GAL") system in New Hampshire is severely broken and has destroyed thousands of families and relationships between children and fit parents.  So broken is the system that, in fact, that the state cut off all funding for "public pay" or "indigent" flagged cases, thereby collapsing the involvement of the vast majority of GAL's in New Hampshire as of June 1, 2011 (See Admin order 2011-03)
