Mr. Kenick has been trapped in the inescapable N.H Family Court cyclone for almost four whole years. According to the Court record, his wife petitioned for divorce and Mr. Kenick has appealed the decision of the Portsmouth Family Division to the N.H. Supreme Court, which has not treated or disposed of his matter.
