Not a problem in New Hampshire. The Family Court Judges do as they please. The Judges state in their decisions the opposite of testimony and proof given in Court and the NH Supreme Court look's the other way and state the Family Court Judge made NO errors, never reversing the erroneous decisions. Wouldn't it be a nice change if the Judges read the transcripts and files before ruling against an INNOCENT parent?
