BRYSON CITY — A supervisor and social worker at the Swain County Department of Social Services were charged with felonies Tuesday in connection with the agency’s oversight of a 15-month-old girl whose death came amid evidence of abuse.

VIRGINIA BEACH— Kristen Wall put her baby Braxton in foster care because she wasn't fit to care for him. While she worked to sober up and straighten out, Braxton needed a safe home. It is so unfortunate that many other Groups or Organizations take a Narrow View when looking for answers. Please keep in mind, legislation affecting Biological Parents may also affect Foster Parents. Not to mention, when Falsely Accused, in the Government's eyes, it doesn't matter what type of Parent you are. Many of these issues may make you angry. But remember, until the Government truly listens and assist Families, in their time of need, there will be no change.

preservation is one overriding assumption: If
you remove a child from the home, the child will
be safe. If you leave a child at home the child is
at risk. In fact, there is risk in either direction, but
real family preservation programs have a
better record for safety than foster care.
And even when families don’t get
special help, two huge studies have found
that children left in their own homes typically
do better than comparably-maltreated
children placed in foster care.

Who is this guy trying to kid? Terminating a parent's rights is the NORM in America today. They've had so much experience, Terminating a parents rights is just an every day occurrence.
