State officials mull billing family to find missing son | New Hampshire NEWS07:
HAMPSTEAD — State officials are considering billing a family for the $15,630 it cost to find 9-year-old Devin Frenette.
Why not bill DCYF? Aren't they the ones who chose his new parents? Aren't they the "Psychic's" who predict the "neglect of a child in the future"? Why not start holding them accountable for their mistakes?
I guess their crystal ball was dirty the day they placed Devon and his sister in theier new home!
