Most states aren’t doing enough to curb child sex trafficking according to a new report by the advocacy group Shared Hope International. The study, prepared in partnership with the American Center for Law and Justice, graded all 50 states on the strength of their sex trafficking laws. States that protected minors and prosecuted traffickers received the highest grades. But more than half of states received grades of D or F.

"Men" has grown to include men and women of all colors, but it does not include children's unalienable rights and it should! Our children are certainly endowed by their creator with unalienable rights; certainly one of those rights is to grow up free of intentional government interference. Children's rights should not be entrusted to a government that experiments on their young minds and bodies. Courts rooms that are shrouded in secrecy without accountability to the public they are suppose to serve; have shocking agendas that are NOT in the Best Interest of any one's child or family.

Since the enactment of the Mondale Act, otherwise known as CAPTA, abuse and neglect allegations have skyrocketed. Children removed by the "child protector's" has tripled, along with these children placed in foster care and then put up for adoption. All the while paying the SUPPOSED "child protectors" for every child they steal. Their parent's NOT afforded services to keep their children in their homes. Parent's NOT afforded Due Process in the Family Courts.. Parent's proven innocent, yet their children are NEVER returned. Children are being removed for frivolous reason's, without true abuse or neglect.
Write to Walter Mondale and let him know just what kind of a MONSTER he created. Executive Summary
Today, with few variations, state laws surrounding child abuse and neglect look remarkably similar. All
share similar definitions regarding abuse and neglect; all require professionals to report suspicions
under threat of prosecution; all provide confidentiality to anyone involved in an investigation—from
the person making the allegation to the children and family members involved. These similarities are not
accidental, but were accomplished with relative ease a quarter-century ago. They are the intended
consequences of a federal law first passed in 1974 known as the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act
(CAPTA).
