NH Supreme Court: State stiffed children's homes, owes $3.5M

Supreme Court: State stiffed children's homes, owes $3.5M | SeacoastOnline.com:

CONCORD — The state Division of Youth, Children and Families must pay Portsmouth's Chase Home for Children and six affiliated homes for abused, neglected and delinquent youths $3.5 million that was underfunded for three years, forcing one of the homes to turn to a food pantry to feed children.

Get ready everyone. DCYF will be hunting down more kids to steal to pay back the 3.5 mil!

Is NH DCYF Responsible for Adsense disabling my Account?

I was just notified by Adsense my Ad account was disabled. Here is the message they sent me:
After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdSense account
poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a
responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due
to invalid activity, we've found it necessary to disable your AdSense
account. Your outstanding balance and Google's share of the revenue will
both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers.
NO Ad's were ever clicked by me or anyone else on my computer. I guess DCYF didn't like me adding another link to their FAILED NH Statewide Assessment, after they removed the first link I had on my blog. Too bad! Does the truth hurt? Then do right by families and you wouldn't have me and all the rest of your victim's on your case! Do the job you're paid to do! Preserve Families instead of destroying them!

Hollis pair charged in child abuse probe | New Hampshire

Hollis pair charged in child abuse probe | New Hampshire NEWS03:

HOLLIS — A local couple were arrested and a child removed from their home following allegations of child abuse.

Comment: If this in fact really did happen, this is REAL child abuse, something New Hampshire doesn't see too often. They're too busy railroading innocent parent's for "anticipated Neglect in the Future" or any one of a number of frivolous reason's.
As for DCYF placing the child with relatives, they have failed the families and their children in NH. Relative placement is NOT an option according to a Nashua DCYF Supervisor, though Federal mandates state relative placement BEFORE foster care. Nashua DCYF rates 33% in the NH DCYF Statewide Assessment and have NOT been in compliance in almost twenty year's, but they continue to receive Federal funding for every child they take and place in foster care. And as stated by a former DCYF worker, "DCYF can do whatever they want because our government gave them the power to do so." Check out the statewide assessment for yourselves. The numbers will shock you:
