Note: Where is the money going that parent's have to pay the state for their CHINs children? That is, people NOT on state assistance. I see no mention of the money brought in by the state.

Austin, I hope you are reading this and remembering all the happy Christmas's we all spent together as your REAL family.
Your REAL Mother took pictures of the decorated house you loved so much at Christmas. The house we used to bring you by every day, just to look at all the decoration's. I'll never forget the joy you got from this house every time we drove by, or the times we parked in front of it. Your face always glowed with happiness, the same way it glowed when you opened your Christmas present's every year.
