Los Angeles, CA -- On June 15, at the Los Angeles Law Library, Dennis Ettlin and Daniel Cooper announce the filing of 8 civil law suits against 8 Los Angeles County judges. The 8 civil suits seek $38 million for civil rights violations and damages for prejudice against fathers. The lawsuits highlight judicial bias bought by L.A. County bribes and begin a fourth prong in the campaign to stop judicial bribes in California. The first effort by Judicial Watch succeeded with the Sturgeon I and II cases in getting the bribes ruled un-constitutional. The second effort, on April 13th, was the Judicial Watch demand for District Attorney Steve Cooley to seek the return of $350 million to the county.
The third prong is a legal challenge to void the orders of bribed judges.
The Appellate Court, in its Sturgeon II decision, called for this fourth effort. This first wave of law suits holds the judges personally liable for the loss of constitutional rights and for damages from the specific biases favoring Los Angeles County. All citizens of California are the victims of this “fraud on the court” and the biases perpetrated by judges.
The eight civil lawsuits name 5 L.A. Superior Court judges and 3 Appellate Court judges. Damages are sought for denial of the constitutional rights to due process and for specific damages due to biases in family law, traffic fines,domestic violence and gender discrimination. There were no reports of abuse or neglect ever mentioned until the store where the parent's went to get Adolf's birthday cake refused to to write Adolf on the cake. Granted, to name your children these names was totally stupid, but to take the kids because of their names is even more stupid. What will CPS do next, take children because they don't like the way their families clothe them, pierce their ears maybe, etc.? Enough is enough!

But now, 14 years later, the Family Courts remain essentially, almost defiantly, closed to the general public.

We, as parent's and grandparent's, are concerned about the fate of our Families. Many of us have lost our children and grandchildren through the deceitful practice's of Child Protective Services and the corrupt court's who work with them. CPS does NOT preserve families. They DESTROY them.
We want a President who will guarantee us CPS and Family Court reform. We want our ILLEGALLY stolen children returned and we want CPS and the court's held accountable for their fraudulent practices.
Title IV funding must end. Federal mandates are NOT being followed, yet our government still keep's funding the illegal kidnapping of our children. Children removed from their families due to hearsay, without proof of ANY wrongdoing. Children whose parent's are never offered ANY services to keep their child in their home. Children whose relatives are NEVER considered as placement before foster care. Children whose parent's are NEVER allowed to admit their evidence proving innocence in court. Children of parent's proven innocent, yet Never returned. Children adopted out ILLEGALLY. Children whose father's were NEVER contacted, nor their rights EVER terminated. Children of parent's charged with "anticipated Neglect in the Future". Are psychic's now being hired by CPS?
Is there any Presidential candidate out there who will put families first and STOP rewarding Child Protective Services for the kidnapping of our children from INNOCENT Families?
We have pleaded with our current President and sent him ton's of evidence proving wrongdoing by this rogue government agency, yet he turn's a deaf ear. Is there a candidate out there who will help the families destroyed by CPS and the court's? Is there a candidate out there who will put an end to the drugging of our once normal, non-violent children? Is there a candidate out there who will rectify the illegalities and kidnapping of our children by CPS and the court's?
