“Police say mother was drunk and high when dog killed her daughter.”
Note: Going through the same process as adoptive parent's is NO better. More children are abused and die in foster care and after being adopted than children left in their own homes, per The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect in Washington (NCCAN). CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse and kills more children then parents in the United States. CPS nationwide is GUILTY OF more human rights violations and CHILD CASUALTIES then the homes from which they were removed.
