A grandma desperate to adopt her grandson fought the state and lost

A grandma desperate to adopt her grandson fought the state and lost:

I am still fighting for my grandchildren, stolen and adopted out by the rogue Nashua, NH DCYF and will Never stop. It's high time State and Federal mandates were followed in the removal of children.
This grave miscarriage of justice is not only happening in Michigan with their private adoption agency's, it's happening everywhere to extended family members by CPS/DCYF.
In New Hampshire, the Statewide DCYF Assessments prove NH is not following federal mandates OR State mandates. Only 33% of the children taken into state custody are placed with family member's. NH DCYF also promise adoption of these stolen children to the foster strangers they place them with long before a parents rights are terminated. Family members are told "Relative placement is NOT an option." This is total BS!

Family Courts: Have They Been Compromised?

Family Courts: Have They Been Compromised? « Leon Koziol.Com:

Have our family courts been compromised?

Since the inception of this website, our staff here at www.leonkoziol.com has tried to keep the majority of our content focused largely upon issues surrounding what we believe is the state’s ever-expanding intrusions upon private child-rearing matters. Occasionally, there is sufficient reason to feature other stories and information which may not necessarily have anything to do with parental rights, but rather illustrate the growing frustrations that American’s are experiencing with our government today when conventional remedies such as the family courts and public acts of civil disobedience simply do not work. In no way are we advocating or suggesting violence. However, we will continue to ask the same question that repeatedly goes unanswered when our public officials are called upon; what recourse do citizens of the United States of America have when they continue to be ignored by their government?

Can Adoption Lead to Child Abuse?

Lisa Belkin: Can Adoption Lead to Child Abuse?:

It sure Can!

I have not been able to get four-year-old Sean Paddock, or 11-year-old Hanna Williams, or 7-year-old Lydia Schatz out of my mind. As Erik Eckholm reported in the New York Times yesterday, and Anderson Cooper discussed on CNN, most recently last week, the three children all died within the past five years, and they had several chilling factors in common.
